ERP System including asset management, purchase orders, analytics, finance, facilities management and others. All in one system that can interface with suppliers via punch out.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Options: We may over time add additional units to this requirement.

### Procurement Information

The award of this contract is permitted under The Public Contracts Regulations (Scotland) 2015, Pert 2, Chapter 1, Section 1, 13-(b) In that the procurement is not subsidised by any public funds/ public sector authority by more than 50%. It have been deemed by Edinburgh Leisure that for both commercial and operational reasons, cutting short our current contract with the incumbent supplier in order to facilitate a new contract on implementation of new suits of services is the best option for the following reasons. The cost of implementation, set-up and training, to name a few areas would make any competition extremely difficult with our incumbent supplier who have worked hard to establish a very good, efficient and effective system. It has been deemed that any change of provider would have negative impact of service, outcomes and other contracts. Technology One as a package brings together a lot of our requirements and after looking into the market via a CCS framework, we have been unable to locate anyone with the full abilities and functionalities of our current provider.
