## Summary

The procurement process initiated by Cloch Housing Association involves a Two Year Framework Agreement for Void Property Works, aimed at servicing residential dwellings across Inverclyde. The Association, located in Greenock, Scotland, seeks to contract up to four experienced service providers. The industry category is "Housing and community amenities" with a focus mainly on service provision. This open procedure procurement began with tender submissions ending on 13th April 2023, and was awarded on 28th July 2025. The procurement is structured to include optional annual extensions, potentially bringing the total value up to £1,600,000 across four years, including these extensions.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in residential maintenance and renovation, particularly those aligned with electrical and void property works. The project is particularly suitable for both large and small-sized enterprises, as evidenced by the awarded contracts to James Frew Ltd, a large organisation, and several SMEs such as Totalis Solutions Ltd and Procast Building Contractors Ltd. With an estimated project value and the opportunity for extensions, businesses can experience growth by expanding their service ranges and portfolios within the Inverclyde area and beyond. Furthermore, the initial "Meet the Buyer" event facilitated networking and provided businesses with a comprehensive understanding of the procurement requirements, enhancing their ability to compete successfully.
