IoCCDT have drawn together a package of funding from various sources to advance the redevelopment project through to RIBA Stage 3. We intend for this work to happen in 2023 to support capital funding applications, and the statutory consents process.In support of the above the Trust are seeking the appointment of a design team comprising a conservation accredited Lead Consultant, a Designing Architect, Quantity Surveying services (including CDM co-ordinator), Structural Engineering services and Mechanical and Electrical Engineering services.. The community is working closely with Canna's owners, the National Trust for Scotland (NTS) to achieve a long-term sustainable future for our island. At this stage, IoCCDT is inviting Expressions of Interest in taking part in a Procurement Selection Process, which will be structured as illustrated below.
