Service: Care at home 24/7 Location: Family home, Elgin For: 16 year old, male Start date: ASAP Staffing ratio: 2:1 for transfers, can be 1:1 for periods of time where is no moving and handling / personal care. Level of care: All aspects of personal care, moving and handling, mobility, peg feeding, medication management, socialisation / stimulation and ensuring the young person attends school and any appointments Diagnosis: Necrotising Leukoencephalopathy which includes cognitive impairment. Dystonic Cerebral Palsy - predominance of slow moments with muscle rigidity and persistent abnormal postures that relax after seconds or minutes Transportation: Mobility car available to use. Moray Council are issuing this PIN to gauge availability and capacity for this service. Please register your interest by emailing cfcommissioning@moray.gov.uk with a note of previous relevant experience within the last 3 years and an indication of when the service could be started. Please submit your interest by 14th April 2023 and only if you have the capacity and availability.
