## Notice

The Scottish Government is delivering a flagship change programme to improve the performance and efficiency of how corporate shared services are provided to core Scottish Government and other public bodies in Scotland.With significant multi-year investment in technology planned, the corporate Shared Services Programme (SSP) will deliver the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud, a modular based cloud enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution at an overall cost of around PS20m. The SSP will deploy the solutions and platforms required to enable operational and cultural change to meet user needs and provide a better customer experience. The scope of the programme is across HR, Finance, (RTR, EPM, PTP & OTC) for core organisations and budgeting/forecasting and financial consolidation across the wider public sector. Our initial ambition is to replace old on premise customised technology to new cloud based integrated ERP / EPM Solutions, to allow the credible running of modern finance function with robust data structures and the basics of a customer and service driven management culture. The Programme will also provide a foundation for further growth to support the government's wider vision for shared services and the ability to be a data driven organisation.This post will provide management of the Programme Assurances to ensure it complies with SG Audit and Governance requirements.* Build effective working relationships with audit and assurance teams to ensure the Programme undertakes sufficient assurance, to the satisfaction of SG Exec Team* Schedule, manage and support, all audit and assurance activity across the programme* Ensure access to programme people and artefacts to support reviewers* Ensure programme staff providing input to reviews are supported, understand the ask, and the context of assurance in SG, relevant to the programme* Undertake internal Assurance activity on the Programme where required* Drive the "conditions for success" list that need to be true for the programme to return to green
