This should include inequalities in the sector workforce, as well as broader equalities considerations for individuals and communities (for example, inequalities in access to relevant education and training to enter the sector, access to sector goods and services, or opportunities to participate in and benefit from the sectoral transition). 2) Use the data sourced in (1) to: (a) document, in plain terms, existing inequalities within each of the sectors.
