The Council are issuing this PIN notice to gauge interest in the market from potential suppliers who can provide this service. ### Lot Information Lot 1 The PIN notice is being published to gain information from potential suppliers to assist with the specification development. An overview of the requirement along with a pre-market engagement questionnaire is included for suppliers to provide feedback on potential solutions. The procurement route will be decided based on the information provided by the suppliers in the questionnaire.
