The provision of welfare services for their employees (location to be agreed with Raigmore hospital staff, and may not be immediately adjacent to the site works) 4. Contractors/suppliers should allow for a pre-start meeting (before commencement of the works); monthly site meetings and a final handover meeting 5. Existing shelters should be removed off site and safely disposed off, recycled where possible 6. Allow for the handover, commissioning and training of installed equipment to hospital staff 7. Provision of "As Fitted drawings", including manufacturers details, manuals and warranty details)
