Those awarded a place on the framework are required to professionally assist organisations within West Lothian in their particular area of expertise. In order to facilitate the matching of business support needs with the most suitable providers, the framework will include a Lot for Business Development. Interested suppliers were to have the knowledge, capacity, experience and expertise to deliver Business Development Services.
