Courses will either be accredited or non-accredited and will be short or long, such as CMI Managing Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (Level 5) and Principles of Equality, Diversity and Inclusive Working Practice (CMI Unit). You must be able to support candidates and offer constructive feedback when assessing against test criteria. Training will mostly take place on Ayrshire College campuses with occasional travel to client premises. Trainers require to have a track record in delivering courses to a range of delegates including commercial and public businesses and employees.
