An options appraisal should be carried out as part of this task to identify the most cost efficient method of survey method with high accuracy being a key consideration. -A survey of roadside ash trees within NLC adopted roads network (A&B class to the length of 330km). -A suggested approach / focus to tackling the impacts of ADD based on based on risk (with revenue and capital implications). -Options for recovery of loss through replanting proposals on land in NLC ownership.
