In addition, the Successful Bidder is required to provide Internal Rope Access High-Level Cleaning together with the Internal Window Cleaning Service.

Renewal: This contract will be awarded for 3 year with the option to extend for 24 month subject to performance and budget. The renewal of this contract will either be in 3 or 5 years time.
