Audit Scotland expects the services from an occupational health and wellbeing provider will help: Ensure that a holistic approach is taken towards employee wellbeing to deliver a positive, long-term sustainable improvement in individual employee health and organisational performance. Tie our commitment to wellbeing tightly into our organisational values which are 'lived' by our executive team, leadership group and PCS union partners. Help our employees to take individual responsibility for any changes needed - especially those who tend not to make the lifestyle changes and are passive to wellbeing initiatives. Deliver an annual, integrated plan of wellness initiatives which is informed by the annual health check aggregated results and your professional advice. This plan should be sustainable and evidence based in content. Include a link to the learning and development strategy that we undertake for team members, managers and leaders so that they are all more competent and competent in the field of workplace wellbeing - i.e. taking a personal and sincere interest in the wellbeing of their employee's wider family and life outside of work and consideration of mental health awareness as an early means of identifying colleagues who may be struggling and signposting them in the direction of help. Strengthen our total employee reward proposition that marks us out as a unique employer in our market of audit and accountancy here in Scotland - thereby improving our employer brand, making recruitment easier and retaining our people for longer in our employment.

Options: Optional Requirements: Follow up wellbeing survey - linked to the initial screening. Delivery of workshops on key health and wellbeing areas (stress, resilience, lifestyle, diet, nutrition, exercise etc.) to employees. Marketing materials (emails/posters in pdf format) to advertise new service provider to staff and encourage health and wellbeing awareness. Smart phone app for employees to track their health check results and on-going health. Any advice provided generally to the HR team on provision of expert, technical knowledge and guidance. Any other relevant occupational health services on offer, i.e., management referrals, workstation assessments, employee assistance programme etc.
