To address this, there is a requirement to seek assistance from an external Service Provider. This exercise is being carried out in advance of any future procurement exercise. It is not a pre-qualification or tendering exercise. This notice has been created of the purposes of seeking information from the marker place regarding our requirements and should not be treated as a prior information notice (PIN).
