The Scottish Government is seeking consultancy services to assist in the delivery of a detailed study which will, through primary research and innovative collaboration, establish fresh knowledge and insight into the Grangemouth Industrial complex, presenting an economic overview of the cluster as it stands today, as well as developing an ambitious vision for its net zero future in 2045. This work, if successful, will come to form the Phase 1 deliverable of a first-of-its-kind Just Transition plan for the industrial cluster at Grangemouth.. The contract is for a 5 month period with an optional extension period of up to one further month.
