### Lot Information

Lot 1

The following is a summary of the scope of Services the Supplier provides under this contract. 1. Coring through the existing carriageways and footways. 2. PAK Testing and PAH Testing (if necessary) of the cores taken. 3. Reporting on the presence of coal tar in advance of potential resurfacing works. 4. Reinstatement core hole with Highways Authority Product Approval scheme (hereinafter abbreviated to "HAPAS") approved material.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: The Term Contract will endure for an initial period of three years with an option to extend it (either singly or in phases) for a further period of up to one year after the expiry of the initial period, at the sole discretion of the Council.
