The University is seeking to employ a single supplier to provide the services of suitably competent, knowledgeable and experienced Radiation Protection Advisors or RPA body recognized by the HSE that can provide the necessary expertise, advice, guidance and assistance to the University to act as the appointed Radiation Protection Advisor and also fulfill the role of Radiation Waste Advisor in order that the University can fulfill its legal duties under the Ionising Radiation Regulations 2017, the Environmental Authorisation (Scotland) Regulations 2018 and any other related existing or planned legislation / guidance that may be issued within the fields of Ionising or Non-Ionising Radiations.
