Options: In the event that the Council require further pieces of furniture for the Paisley Learning & Cultural Hub, the Council reserves the right to directly appoint the Service Provider appointed for this contract to provide future products. The decision to award a contract directly to the appointed Service Provider is at the Council's sole discretion and will be determined by the Council with consideration to the principles of best value, the Council's Standing Orders relating to Contracts, the applicable procurement regulations and the capacity of the Service Provider.
