The Council has an ongoing requirement for the use of the current Corporate Asset Management System (CAMIS) used by property services for its strategic property and project management requirements for 3 years from 1st June 2023 - 31st May 2026, with the option to extend for 1 year until 31st May 2027.

The current Corporate Asset Management System has been embedded within Property Services since the original tender was awarded to Concerto Support Services Limited in 2011. This procurement exercise was undertaken as a negotiated procedure in accordance with the Councils Standing Orders Relating to Contracts and Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2016 which states: Circumstances in which a contract can be awarded without competition 6.-- (1) A contracting authority may award a public contract without seeking offers in relation to the proposed contract-- (b) where the works, supplies or services can be supplied only by a particular economic operator for any of the following reasons-- (ii) competition is absent for technical reasons;
