Economic and Social Impact Assessment of RBGE To undertake an economic and social impact assessment (ESIA) to demonstrate the economic and social value delivered through the funding and operations of RBGE in Scotland and globally. This will be used to identify the value for money provided by the organization, and in communications with key stakeholders. It will be both a quantitative and qualitative assessment of RBGE's impact, in Scotland and globally. The outcome of the ESIA will be a report that RBGE can use to demonstrate to existing and potential stakeholders the value and impact of our work both in Scotland and globally.

### Lot Information

Lot 1

In line with the Scottish Government's National Performance Framework and Outcomes, we wish to explore both financial and social impacts. Sources to be consulted will include internal and public-facing corporate and financial documents. The results of past visitor and marketing surveys can also be provided to the supplier. Further consultations with key staff and stakeholders will be required as part of the study, alongside research to support modelling of indirect and induced impacts. The study will include, but not be limited to, direct, indirect and induced impacts from day-to-day operations, visitors and tourism, fundraising, capital projects, education and training, community outreach, science and horticulture, as detailed below. Impacts from climate mitigation and natural capital value may also be in scope.
