### Lot Information

Lot 1

Perth & Kinross Council were seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the PAS 2035 Retrofit assessment and surveying, co-ordination, installation, evaluation and Retrofit project management of six blocks of multi-storey flats located within Perth City Centre to meet EESSH2 compliance of EPC band B by 2032 and net zero by 2045. The Contractor will be responsible for employing all the PAS 2035 Retrofit Consultants. The Contractor will also be responsible for tenant & private owner engagement as well as sourcing and applying for available funding streams. Contractor(s) must be Trustmark registered and able to deliver all roles specified in PAS2035. The successful contract will also be expected to take on the role of Principal Designer under CDM 2015 regulations.
