### Lot Information

Lot 1

The aim of the contract is to support nominating groups wishing to put forward a nomination for their area to be designated as a new National Park by providing impartial support, guidance and facilitation. It is currently not possible to confirm how many nominating groups will seek support. Scottish Government estimates that between 8-14 groups may request the support services within this contract. Each nominating group will have varying demand for the Services. Nominating groups are expected to be geographically spread across Scotland. The Supplier (or consortium) must have the capacity and capability to provide the Services to any nominating group wherever situated in Scotland, and have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the nomination process and appraisal criteria.

Options: The contract will include the option to extend for a further 3 months.

Renewal: The contract will include the option to extend for a further 3 months.
