This data will contribute to future budgeting processes and may be used to determine appropriate rates to be paid to settings or local authorities providing milk and/or snacks as part of each scheme.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
