Lot 1

In order for Live Active Leisure Ltd to ensure the safety of its customers and staff it must meet the required standards for water management. We are seeking to work with a company to pro-actively help us maintain a quality assured system through regular inspections, disinfection and testing to meet our requirements under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 (COSHH). The works shall comprise disinfection, certification, inspections, descaling and reporting related to all water systems within the 6 Live Active Leisure venues listed below: Bell's Sports Centre Perth Leisure Pool Dewars Centre Live Active Loch Leven Live Active Strathearn (part of Strathearn Community Campus) Live Active Atholl The Contractor shall provide and carry out Legionella risk assessments for each venue, and annual water system disinfections, appropriate descaling of shower heads, sentinel tap and shower temperature testing, calorifier inspections and flushing of some low use equipment in accordance with HSG 274 Part 2.
