### Lot Information

Lot 1

1.2 NatureScot requires a more focussed culling effort to address the expanding Fallow deer population on the Loch Lomond Southern Islands. NatureScot is offering a unique opportunity to bid for deer management permission on the following three islands: Inchcailloch, Torrinch, and Creinch. Inchcailloch is approximately 55 hectares, Torrinch is approximately 9 hectares, and Creinch is approximately 7 hectares; refer to map in Annex A. To be clear, this is a package of 3 islands, the successful bidder will have access to all 3 islands.

Renewal: if the contractor hits his cull target, or if NatureScot is happy with the overall performance, a renewal is an option. We could start a fresh lease on April 1st 2024, running till 31st March 2025. Obviously there will be no culling from 1st May till 1st August, in line with fallow season.
