### Lot Information

Lot 1

Hillcrest Homes will re-tender its Perthshire communal landscaping service on PCS towards the end of August 2023. The service will include regular landscaping maintenance activities to communal areas throughout our Perthshire housing stock. This housing stock is situated in Perth, Aberfeldy, Auchterarder, Crieff, Stanley, Blackford and a few other areas within Perthshire. The contract will have a start date of Wednesday 1st November 2023. The contract will have a two year duration with the possibility of a one year extension if performance KPIS are continually met.
