## Summary

The public procurement contracting process for the "Newhill Woodland Establishment" project has been completed by Forestry and Land Scotland, located in Inverness, UK. This project falls under the services category and was awarded through an open procedure. The project involves the establishment of woodland across Scotland, with specific requirements for tree species and biosecurity measures. The contract, valued at £349,612.53 GBP, was signed on July 25, 2023, creating opportunities for businesses involved in woodland establishment and management services to compete for contracts in environmental protection.

Businesses specialising in woodland establishment and management services, particularly those with experience in the specified tree species and biosecurity measures, are well-suited to compete for the Newhill Woodland Establishment project awarded by Forestry and Land Scotland. The project, which involves a five-year endeavour combining commercial and amenity woodland establishment, offers growth opportunities for suppliers operating in the environmental protection industry. Companies with expertise in ground preparation, planting, maintenance, and biosecurity measures are encouraged to consider participating in similar public procurement tenders in the future.
