In order to meet the aim, we anticipate that the work will take the form of two main parts: 1) Development of an evaluation framework. 2) Engagement with local leads and partners of the funded projects to support the set up and embedding of monitoring and evaluation practices. A range of methods are likely to be needed to address the aims above.
