### Lot Information

Lot 1

The University intends to award a contract under the negotiated procedure without prior publication under the provisions of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016. Regulation 6 (4) (b) where the works, supplies or services can be supplied only by a particular economic operator for any of the following reasons-- (i)the aim of the procurement is the creation or acquisition of a unique work of art or artistic performance; (ii)competition is absent for technical reasons; (iii)the protection of exclusive rights, including intellectual property rights The Contractor will dismantle, move and reassemble the equipment in question to a location specified by the Contract Authority.

Options: The Contracting Authority reserves the right to request additional deliveries by the Successful Tenderer, either intended as partial replacement of supplies or installations or as extensions of existing supplies and installations. The Contracting Authority may at it's sole discretion exercise this option.
