This contract will cover the East area of Argyll and Bute, specifically Bute and Cowal and Helensburgh and Lomond. This will include delivery and project management of affordable housing to required timeframes, cost and quality required by ACHA.

Renewal: ACHA retains the option to offer an extension for a further year. Any such extension will solely be at the discretion of ACHA.
