The Purpose of the Contract is to establish a true partnership between RBGE and the Contractor for the delivery of the Hard FM services set out within this output specification. In this present instance, the Customer is issuing this Invitation to Tender as a Further Competition under Lot 2 of ESPO Framework 676_21. OBJECTIVES As part of RBGE's commitment to reducing resource use in all our sites and cutting the associated costs, we require the facilities management of our buildings to pursue resource efficiency with respect to the consumption of water, heat and power and associated carbon emissions. Detail your understanding, experience, and achievements in delivering the following in sites and buildings similar in nature, scale, and size to those of RBGE's: 1. Delivery of Hard FM contract as specified in this tender. 2. cost-effectively reducing the consumption of fuel, power, water, carbon emissions and waste generation from repairs and maintenance activities. 3. developing defined and costed proposals for optimising building fabric and systems costs without compromising value for money. 4. developing Resource Management Plans (or equivalent) that provide a robust forecast of waste generation, energy and water consumption and associated carbon emissions together with defined and costed proposals for achieving performance improvements. 5. managing low carbon and renewable energy technologies so they operate efficiently and safely.
