### Lot Information

Lot 1

The complete design and installation of new and replacement gas & air source heat pump heating installations in Council houses and flats complete with associated electrical works. The design and installation programme will include around 250 new and replacement gas and/or air source heat pump heating installations. It is anticipated that 90-95% of these works will initially include gas installations, however this ratio (i.e. of gas to air source heat pumps) may change in line with amendments to local policy as well as legislative changes.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. This includes an employer's obligations under National Minimum Wage Act 1998 and the Equality Act 2010.
