"In 2022, CGI (the Contractor) completed a discovery and recommendation exercise for the Ayrshire and Arran NHS Trust (the Health Board), comprising of an IT Service Management Maturity Assessment, an IT Health Check and Vulnerability Assessment, and a Post-Incident Review. The scope of this proposal is to further support the Reform Plan by delivering leadership in relation to cloud transformation strategy and service management improvement on a consultancy basis. The Contractor anticipates this engagement will be approximately 12 months in duration. "
