Lot 1

Renfrewshire Council have a requirement to find a contractor for the Inspection, Testing, Maintenance and Reactive Repairs to Roof Safety and Fall Arrest Systems. The inspections, testing, maintenance and repairs carried out will be done in accordance with BS EN 8437, 7883, 795 and PUWER 1998 regulations most up to date editions to achieve statutory compliance.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: The Contract Period shall be for an initial 3 years with the option to extend for up to 1 year periods on 2 separate occasions. Any extension period will be at the sole discretion of Renfrewshire Council.
