With significant multi-year investment in technology planned, the programme will deploy the solutions and platforms required to enable operational and cultural change to meet user needs and provide a better customer experience.Automation technologies are a key enabler for service transformation, helping to deliver early benefits, supporting change and de-risking the transformation of corporate shared services. This role will be part of the Scottish Government Intelligent Automation Centre of Excellence (IACoE) team, and report into the Senior Delivery Manager, and as such will support delivery of all activities in the IACoE programme of work.Main Duties1. Support in setting up and managing the inputs / outputs from various meetings (agendas, attendee lists, minutes, writing up workshop outputs, etc.)2. Support in managing and updating various project management / communication tools including Jira, Confluence, Saltire (intranet), etc.3. Compile information for governance activities (document sign-offs, weekly status reports, programme board packs, etc.)4.
