The delivery of the project is dependent on River Clyde Homes being successful in a grant funding bid from the Scottish Government, the decision on which is imminent. Should the RCH bid be unsuccessful the works will not go ahead, and the procurement process will be halted. A detailed scope of the works required to be undertaken in each void property is provided within the pricing schedule attached as Appendix C.
