This Contract is for the provision of research consultancy services to carrying out data capture relating to the behaviours and current practises of built environment stakeholders in respect of waste reduction, materials data capture for embodied carbon accounting, and to produce a report detailing recommendations and opportunities for supporting the workforce to deliver best practise reuse, waste reduction and embodied carbon data management.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 14 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Options: The Client may ask the Contractor to investigate the feasibility of a mini focus case study on any difficult materials identified as part of the findings from this Project. This additional / optional requirement is subject to any time and / or budget available under this Contract once delivery of this Project has been accounted for.
