To be eligible to bid for this contract, the contractor carrying out works must be a current member of SAPCA (Sports & Play Construction Association) and be able to evidence their membership. All electrical works must be carried out in accordance with current 18th edition British Standard and also be a member of either SELECT or NICEIC, and again be able to evidence this membership.
