The council seeks to appoint a range of providers to the Flexible Framework in order to deliver outcome focussed supports and interventions. Services will be based within the Renfrewshire Council area and will be flexible and responsive to changing needs and will be delivered in line with the Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership (RHSCP) Strategic Plan 2022-2025. Services will be offered under Option 3 and may also be offered under Option 2 of the Social Care (Self-directed Support) (Scotland) Act 2013, however this will be confirmed in the procurement documents when the tender is published. Renfrewshire Council currently have contracts in place with providers to deliver Care at Home and/or Housing Support within a model of Supported Living. It is the intention of the Council/RHSCP to hold a provider engagement session in November - the details of which will be confirmed shortly.
