Lot 1

The existing LDP was adopted by Council on 26 August 2019, with a Proposed LDP published on 17 May 2021. https://www.inverclyde.gov.uk/planning-and-the-environment/planning-policy/development-planning In agreement with the Scottish Government, a new LDP will be adopted by March 2026. The Council is seeking to engage industry professional to assist in the delivery of a 'new style' Local Development Plan, which will be prepared differently and have a different format, following changes introduced by the Planning (Scotland) Act 2019. The current LDP is due to expire in August 2024, adoption of the new LDP must be concluded by March 2026..
