Properties are "pepper potted" within the Berwickshire area. The Association reserve the right to offer one-off installs at voids or properties requiring a new kitchen or bathroom, these will be provided by the contractor at the agreed contract rates. It is expected that it is likely to be approximately 10 -15 per annum but this number may vary and they are not guaranteed as part of the contract..
