To support this expansion, NMIS intends to procure equipment that can support a wide variety of power electronic semiconductor designs and packaging requirements. The concept design for the facility includes provision of equipment that is sufficiently flexible to support a wide variety of power electronic semiconductor designs and packaging requirements.
