## Summary

The West Lothian Council has recently awarded a contract for the "Skate Park Refurbishment Programme." The council is dedicated to revamping 12 public skate parks over the next 3 years to ensure they are safe and fit-for-purpose. The contract, valued at £380,000.00 GBP, was signed on February 20, 2024, with opportunities for businesses to participate in the repair and improvement works until March 2026. The procurement stage is "Award," and the buying organisation is the West Lothian Council, located in Livingston, UK. The project falls under the "works" category, using an open procurement method.

This tender for the Skate Park Refurbishment Programme offers growth opportunities for businesses providing repair and improvement services. Businesses in the construction, landscaping, and sports facility management industries are well-suited to compete for this contract. With deadlines and budgets allocated until 2026, the contract presents a long-term opportunity for companies looking to engage in public procurement projects related to outdoor recreational facilities. The West Lothian Council encourages participation from suppliers that can deliver high-quality work within the specified delivery deadlines.
