River Clyde Homes are looking to procure a company to undertake ad-hoc cleaning and specialist estate works for properties under our control. The scope of the works will include, but is not limited to: Trauma Cleaning- -Sharps Removal -Graffiti Removal -Removal of Fly Tipping -Common Area & Garden Cleans -Close Cleaning -Standard Cleans -Deep Cleans A detailed specification in relation to what is required for each work item is provided within the tender document.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: The contract will run for an initial 2-year period. RCH may wish, at its sole discretion, to extend any resultant agreement for a further 2, 12 month periods subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.
