The user must be able to select the patient demographic information from either patient to be included in the merged patient record. All activity associated with both patients must automatically be included in the merged record; Merged records must be forwarded to linked systems such as SCI Store and laboratory and radiology systems; The ability to unmerge records. When unmerging records, all activity associated before the merge must be automatically reattached to the appropriate patient.
