Any audit should also examine the arrangements by which Policy decisions are made, monitored and reviewed and any related risks identified. The internal auditor will be required to give an annual opinion to the Board on the adequacy and effectiveness of the arrangements for risk management, control and governance and for economy, efficiency, and effectiveness (value for money) within Viewpoint, and the extent to which these arrangements can be relied upon.

Renewal: Contract may be extended by up to a further 2 years dependent on successful completion of initial 3 years.
