The services will be delivered working alongside multidisciplinary teams within Transport Scotland, Scottish Government and CFL.Work packages include to validate and quantify the financial impact of structure changes, to conduct a benchmarking exercise to validate value for money of the proposed costs of the CHFS3 contract and a carry put a wider long term affordability assessment. Further services may be required, as included within the scope of Lot 1 & Lot 2 of the RM6169 framework.
