The Contractor will further be responsible for the calibration of all thermostats. The contractor must be fully conversant with the operation of the items listed and be suitably trained and insured to carry out service and repair operations as appropriate. The Council will also have a requirement for the successful Contractor to provide and fit replacement parts where deemed necessary and for the supply of new appliances where required (with the exception of mobile hotboxes).
