The properties are located within a Conservation Area within the south side of Glasgow and Assist Design Ltd have have submitted a planning application to Glasgow City Council on Southside Housing Association's proposed requirements. The successful bidder will be required to comply with the requirements and terms of the Planning Decision Notice issued by Glasgow City Council. Southside Housing Association's preference is to replace the existing windows with new alu-clad windows. However, the specification of the new windows will be determined by the Planning Decision Notice the outcome of which is unknown at the date of tender publication.
