This system should facilitate the transcription, editing, and publication of a written report of all public proceedings of the Scottish Parliament. Below is an overview of some of the SPCB's anticipated system requirements: Editing - The system must include standard word processing functions, such as robust spelling/grammar check and undo facility, equivalent to the core word processing functionality of Microsoft Word. - The system must be compatible with voice recognition software.
